WCMISST so far took two faces, a highly regarded international spine meeting occurring every other two years in different locations, and an international non profit organization willing to gather expertise and goodwill all over the planet to promote the expansion of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Now the path of innovation has been so fast we had to create the idea of an « intermediate meeting » on an uneven year to keep pace. WCMISST 2017 inter was fully endorsed by the scientific committee and will gather experts from all over the world in Paris on 3-6th may 2017. As with an expert meeting, the schedule is thight (be sure to submit abstracts early on

Let’s say this: WCMISST Vth Jeju Island Korea held on June 1-4th 2016 was a big hit. As one of the prominent orators, Jeff Wang just said: « Certainly the nicest meeting I have ever seen over the past years ». From scientific excellence to day to day organization to selected expert attendance, to worldwide representation, exquisite location and so, we learnt much, shared much, and enjoyed every part of it.

Thank you Dr Gun Choi, Dr Sang-Ho Lee, Dr jin Sung kim, Dr Se-Hoon Kim.. and I guess countless organizers, and all participants, for making this a success on the path of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.
